After an initial consultation we can work together to decide which therapy would be best suited to your needs. Often a combination of therapies works best and the approach may evolve as we work together. I advocate regular reviews with my clients to ensure the work we're doing is beneficial and helpful. You are always in control of how many sessions we have and what we do in those sessions.
