Are you experiencing the pain of grief, illness, relationship break-up; or possibly some form of addictive behaviour?
Have you have been struggling for a long time to move forward with your life because you experienced something traumatic in your past?
Perhaps you feel held hostage by low self-esteem, depression or some form of anxiety disorder such as OCD, panic attacks or social phobia?
I would like to reassure you that whatever your problem is, I will not judge you for having it. My aim is to support you as you work through, and out of it. As a BACP accredited psychotherapist, I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am an accredited practitioner and this can be checked out on the BACP register of counsellors & psychotherapists. This register is approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
I have never been shocked by what someone says is their problem, but I have been frequently surprised to hear a person ‘apologise’ because they don’t think their problem is serious, or severe enough, to warrant seeing a counsellor. Your problem is just that - yours. No one else is living with it except you. I am here, and I am ready to listen.
Some of the things I am able to offer counselling and therapy for include addiction counselling, depression, anxiety, bereavement, mood disorders, relationship breakdown and many other presentations.
You can call me on 07540942872, email or use the contact form below to arrange your first session. I offer counselling online and in person on the outskirts of Chester, UK. I look forward to working with you.
